Primary School Students Enjoy a Morning of Fun, Laughter, and Thrills
Manchester Academy’s halls were filled with holiday cheer as students were welcomed from Claremont, St Mary’s, and St Philip’s primary schools to enjoy a spectacular pantomime performance!
Alongside a select group of our own Year 7 students, the primary school children were treated to a magic morning of music and laughter.
A Pantomime to Remember
Performed by a talented cast of actors, the show was packed with colourful costumes and catchy songs. Students were excited to join in the “it’s behind you” moments that had everyone smiling.
The excitement continued after the show as students were able to meet the cast. Big smiles filled the hall as everyone posed for photos with their favourite characters!
As a token to spread holiday cheer, each child left with a goodie bag and festive card from everyone at the Academy.
Meeting Our Future Stars
Our Year 7 students also enjoyed the pantomime, acting as brilliant role models to proudly show what it means to be a Manchester Academy student.
Head of Transition Mrs Maybury said: "What a fun morning! It’s great to see our Year 7 students sharing in the fun and help make the primary students feel welcome.”
We can’t wait to welcome all future Academy students to the next chapter of their learning journey. But until then, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
