Success Starts with Breakfast: Manchester Academy's Magic Breakfast Club

At Manchester Academy, we believe that every student deserves the best start to their day. Every school day Magic Breakfast Club offers students a free breakfast to ensure they’re ready to focus, learn, and make Manchester magic.

Every morning from 8:00am, Magic Breakfast Club provides more than just food. It’s a supportive space where students can catch-up with homework, socialise, and relax with music and board games. Which helps students build positive relationships before the first bell rings.

On the Menu

Everyone can find something they enjoy. Magic Breakfast Club ensures our students start their day the right way! With the fuel they need to tackle their most important lessons at school.

Students have a choice of:

  • A selection of cereals
  • Beans on toast
  • Crumpets
  • Bagels
  • Toast

Why Breakfast Matters

Did you know that millions of children and young people start their day without breakfast. Research conducted by the University of Leeds found that secondary school students who regularly have breakfast are likely to achieve two GCSE grades higher than their peers who do not. (Education Endowment Foundation – Nov. 2016)

We’re determined to ensure every student can achieve their best.

For many young people, a missed breakfast means they’re starting the day at a disadvantage, unable to concentrate or perform at their best.

We know that a hungry child cannot learn, and that’s why we encourage every student to make the most of this fantastic opportunity.

Join Us at Magic Breakfast

We invite all students to attend Magic Breakfast Club every school day from 8:00 am. Whether you’re looking to fuel up for the day ahead, catch up on homework, or simply enjoy a chat with friends. The club is a perfect way to start your morning!

Let’s make Manchester magic – starting with breakfast.
