Personal Development Training by the Royal Air Force

Published on 25 March 2013

On Wednesday, 20th March, 15 Manchester Academy students were given the opportunity to participate in Personal Development Training (PDT) facilitated by the Royal Air Force.

The PDT’s emphasis is on developing teamwork, trust and communication skill,  through carrying out practical tasks. The challenges are designed to improve confidence, teamwork, leadership and above all the activities were enjoyable and fun.

Our students enjoyed the activities and learnt a huge amount about themselves and how to get the best out of a team. Many thanks to the Royal Air Force for facilitating the event.
