On 17th December, eight girls from 11a/Ma1 class participated in the Year 11 Mathematics Enrichment: ‘Taking Maths Further’ at the University of Manchester.
On Tuesday, 16th December, Father Christmas abandoned his sleigh for a helicopter with some help from his friends from the Royal Air Force.
The Employability Team are organising sessions (and house tutor activities) for students throughout the school, based on one of the fastest growing industry sectors in Manchester – the Creative Digital and Media sector. As part of our Rainforest module in Year 8 our Geography students were introduced to a variety of animals that live in the layers of the rainforest on Thursday, 20th November, 2014.
