Year 11: Customer Services in Tourism

Published on 11 December 2013

A group of Year 11 Travel & Tourism students recently visited the Manchester Museum to assess customer services in the tourism industry.

Accompanied by their teachers (Ms Hough and Ms Hastings), the students represented the Academy to the highest standard, asking the gallery assistants challenging questions to test their knowledge on a wide variety of topics from the history of money to the evolution of man!

They will use this research to complete Unit 2 of their Travel and Tourism BTEC.
