Year 11 GCSE Controlled Assessment Hospitality Charity Event

The GCSE Year 11 Hospitality students had to plan an event as part of their controlled assessment. They made a range of sweet and savoury dishes for a hot buffet to serve to staff at lunch time.
The students had to decorate and plan the room layout as well as serve the food to their guests. All proceeds raised were donated to Human Appeal International.
